The lives of the suns in their later years

This work was produced in 2024.
Due to stock, the frame may be different from the one used in the image. Thank you for your understanding.

“The lives of the suns in their later years” is a painting that explores the end of life and its beauty. In the center of the painting are the suns looking back on their rich lives thus far. They are quietly waiting for death, recalling the joys and sorrows, the meetings and partings they have experienced on their long journey.

Vivid colors are used throughout the work, highlighting the presence of the suns. Warm colors such as orange and red symbolize the glorious moments of their past, while cool colors such as blue and purple exude silence and melancholy. This contrast simultaneously expresses the transience and beauty of life, and has the effect of deeply moving the viewer.

We hope that you will decorate your living room or bedroom with this and that it will contribute to enriching your daily life.

This digital drawing was produced using a special printing method called giclee printing, which uses pigment ink instead of dye ink. The support is paper.

Since pigment is used, the work can be preserved for a long time.

The number of copies is limited to 10, and the current product is the edition number 1/10. We will print one more copy each time we sell it.

The size of the work is A4 (297mm x 210mm).

It comes with a certificate that it is a giclee print. The certificate will be shipped in a frame.
Since it is pigment ink, the color of the work will be preserved for a long time, but if it is exposed to direct sunlight for a long time, it will deteriorate.

Since the same product is sold on other sites, it may suddenly become out of stock. In that case, we apologize, but we may cancel the order here. Please understand.

Giclee printing is one of the high-quality art printing techniques. This technology uses an inkjet printer to print digital images at high resolution. Giclee printing is particularly suitable for reproducing artworks and photographs, and is characterized by extremely high color reproducibility.

Giclee printing usually uses arch files (durable paper or canvas) and light-fast inks to create prints that are resistant to fading over a long period of time. For this reason, it is often used by artists and photographers when selling their works.

It has better lightfastness than lithography and silkscreen reproduction methods, and has been proven to have a high preservation quality of 150 to 250 years of color lightfastness.
