My painting “Ghosts Candles” is based on the theme of the souls of worn-out candles. In this work, I expressed the unique presence of an out-of-burn candle and the memories and emotions that reside within it.

Candles of various shapes and sizes are painted on the paper, each one quietly asserting its presence even though it has lost its former luster. Each candle has its own face, and together with its individuality, it expresses the essence of the majority of humans, who have a uniform presence. Candles are a symbol of life, which changes with the passage of time. Their ghosts speak of past moments and memories, eliciting deep emotions from the viewer.

The color scheme is based on a warm purple, and the contrast between light and shadow is intended to accentuate the transience and beauty of the candles. The work as a whole exudes a sense of strength hidden in silence, and the faint echo of forgotten memories.

“Ghost Candle” is a work that evokes memories of the past and nostalgia for things lost in our minds.

Digital drawings were printed using a special printing method called giclee printing, which uses pigment ink instead of dye ink. The support is paper.

Since pigments are used, the work can be preserved for a long time.

The edition number is 1/1, so it is a one-of-a-kind piece. There is no identical work in the world. There is no decrease in value due to having multiple identical works.
The size of the work is A4 (210 x 297 mm).

Since it is pigment ink, the color of the work will be preserved for a long time, but if it is exposed to direct sunlight for a long time, it will still deteriorate.
